Big O Tires is an honest automotive repair (tire, etc.) shop operated by true professionals. Had both my front tires replaced and the new tires re-installed back onto the rear. Had the same job done 12 months ago by another local shop, and they not only charged me charged me for mounting the 2 new tires, but also charged me for rotating the tires on the SUV, even though 2 replacement wheels/tires were already off the SUV. Big O Tires is great and they've earned my customer loyalty.

I don't recall the Sales Associates names but they were all friendly and very helpful for not only my tire purchase but also for other non related tire questions about local services that I inquired about. Big Kudos to this Team!!

Service (tire repair) was quick which was important to me as I was scheduled to leave town by 11 a.m. Had to ask what was wrong with the tire. Keeping customers informed is important.

I was on vacation in Yellowstone and needed trailer tires bad. I call and Steve hooked me up first thing in the morning and I was back on the road in a hour in a half. Thanks guys job well done.

A chnage in Management has made a huge difference at this location. I used to avoide this Big O Tire location - now it they are my tire service provider of choice.

We blew a run flat tire 60 miles outside of Jackson. Limping into Big O Tires at 7:30 in the morning which was 30 minutes before they opened, they found the tire we needed in their warehouse and had it repaired in a day. They saved our trip and we could not be happier!

The staff was extremely helpful and informative. I was visiting from out of town and had never actually been to a Big-O tire store. I had a flat tire. They knew I was from out of town and was unlikely to visit their store again, yet there was no charge for the tire repair. Thanks!
