I called just a few minutes after opening and spoke with Mark. He was very friendly and based off what I said, knew exactly was I was looking for. I brought my car in and within a few hours Mark called to let me know it was done. Mark told me the time frame and what to expect and it went exactly that way. I'm very appreciative of the customer service I received and Big O Tires is where I'm bringing my vehicles from now on. Thanks

The manager and staff at this location are outstanding. We were visiting from out of town when my brakes went out and they squeezed me in and went above and beyond to get my brakes fixed so I could get home. If I lived in Jackson they would be my shop of choice! I hope all of your locations have staff this amazing!!!
