Big O Tires

Two and a half hours to rotate my tires. Cross threaded my bolts on one tire, wheel cover almost off when I stopped to do a walk around. Checked the torque and they didn't do it to the correct recommended amount for tires. Charged me $40 for a rotation. Then, they parked my car 4 rows away from the store instead of politely leaving the car up front. I just had a knee replacement and I was in their waiting room waiting. Why not park it up front for the two minutes between the time I paid and went to get in car. Not very courtesy customer service.

We had a dually tire replaced on a our motor home. We didn't think it was done right because of watching the young person who fixed it and we didn't think it looked right but was told "we are a tire shop you will get thousands of miles and all the way home to michigan safely"�. 1 week later a nice man followed us into a rest stop and told us our tires were wobbling. Thank goodness or a major accident could have happened. Our hub cap was damaged beyond repair and have been trying to get it replaced by your store for 5 weeks.

Give Mark a raise. It is increasingly hard to find good customer service and he delivered. He made a good tire recommendation and talked about the pros and cons of a few options, and then let me borrow his truck (!) so I could go to the library and work while my tires were being fitted. And then there was a mix up about a rebate form that I called in about a few days later and complained a little to someone else and figured I was out of luck. Then Mark looked into it, without being asked, and called me back to straighten it out and ensure I had the right information and form. Great customer service in an age where that is increasingly rare.

I arrived at 7:45am to have ONE tire checked for a slow leak, I was supposedly the third person in line. I waited for 2 hours 45 minutes! And apparently the people working on the tire couldn't find the tool to take the hubcap off (located in the trunk with other stuff), which supposedly added to my wait time. I don't understand how you can run a business with no appointments?! How about have some of your staff dedicated to appointments and the other half reserved for walk-ins. I saw people waiting for hours, only to leave before their car was even looked at. How can you keep losing business like this? I will never come back to this place again.

Service was fast and well done, and providers were friendly.

Brought in a wheel and blown tire from my trailer on Monday, needed it back by Friday. When I came in on Friday it was not ready and then the replacement tire was mounted on someone else's wheel before being re-mounted on my wheel. I was under some time constraint and it was frustrating that I had to wait for a tire change on a wheel that had been there for four days.

I got a tire patched and about 100 miles later my low pressure indicator came on again. I pulled over and there was an enormous bulge in the tire right where they put the tire weight on. If I had driven much farther I probably would have had a blowout. Needless to say I was pretty angry. I won't be going back to Big O Tires

We are from Tucson AZ staying in Big Piney, Wy in our motorhome and were losing air in the car tire on our way up to Jackson Hole, hoping we could last till we got there. Found you from a guy in Hoback Junction telling us where to go. we got there and were told that there were 10 cars in front of us. thinking we'd be there all day we walked to breakfast while there we got a call saying the car was done. 1 hour is all it took. Now that is fast and awesome service. Thank you, BIG O TIRE OF JACKSON, WY. You won us over!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I purchased a set of tires for my wife's car in Jackson. My wife was the one who took her car in to get the tires and was treated rudely unprofessional and did not get her damaged tire back as she requested. The manager lied to her about her service and over all price. The actual service tech.s were nice but the one taking the order was so disrespectful to women I felt you should know about it at once. We will never buy a tire from that store again. I do not know the man's name but he is a white heavy set man.

Excellent service... Excellent tires. Had new Big O brand tires put on my 4Runner and Subaru Outback during the Fall Sale... Both are remarkably smooth running and quiet. Handle great. The manager Mark is very nice to deal with... No BULL!! (Would not recommend "Indian Wrestling" with him.) I will be back :-)

Strike Three!! I've given this store 3 chances to keep my business. No more! Customer service in a timely manner, product is as described, and standing by the product/warranty ALL FAILED. Bye Bye....

Due to a second blowout I decided to buy three new tires from a Big O in Provo UT. The exact same brand/size of tire I bought from you was $20 cheaper per tire so no I would never recommend your Jackson Wy. store to anyone period.

I got tires for both of my cars and I'm very happy with their services and price.
