Big O Tires

Been going to Big-O for a few years now. No issues of yet, although the last few times I've gone in for some check ups the crew seems to 'miss' a few items that cause me to go back in. 1) I asked my car brakes to be checked during a oil check up > said they were good > turns out my brake pads were completely worn down and I ended up having to go back in a few weeks later and fix them (when I could have just had it done the first time). 2) Went to have my front headlight fixed the other week, and they only fixed my bright light, not my low (fog) light. Now I need to go in again and get my low light fixed, when it should have been done in the first place. Otherwise, I haven't had any issues until those 2 incidents this past summer. They seem fair about not charging additional fees for parts though. The hourly wage fees are high, but so is everywhere I guess ($400 to change my brake pads seemed steep...most of that bill was for the hourly wage required for the maintenance worker to change the pads, not the pads themselves - I will have a friend do it for me next time knowing the hourly wage hiked that price up).

It was a very busy day and took quite a while to get my slow leak addressed. However, the service was amazing and they made sure to let me know upfront that it would be a while. The same very friendly/knowledgeable agent helped me with the drop off and pickup of my vehicle!

Howdy Big O, I throughly enjoy my Jeep being worked on at your facility. What I did NOT enjoy was A $42 for antifreeze. No Antifreeze for all make and models costs that much. Secondly, I had a container in the back of the jeep that could have been easily used. I feel nickeled and dimed here.

As always, Big O is my trusted go-to place. They are fast and most importantly, kind and empathic. After the third time of getting my wheel bearings changed in 3 years, they decided to look deeper into the problem. They didn't want to keep selling me the same product if it kept breaking. Robert at the front desk immediately recognized the problem, listened to my concerns, did research, and was able to find me a different product. Moments like that reassure me that they will have my back. Thanks, as always.

Every time the tires get changed the tire pressure is seriously off... not one tire matches the other (39, 45, 42, 41). and None of them match the Pressure on the tire or on the door panel. So is it 36 or 45??? they will adjust it if I ask, but 4 tire changes later this isn't a one time event (summer tire/winter tires/ 3 cars). I'm thinking I'm going to try the Dealership service center if this is the best Big O can do.

I believe your company should make scheduled appointments."�Closing"� at 6pm & having customers come back at crazy hours is a bit unacceptable for everyone, customers workers etc..

Fast repair of a bad tire. professional, polite, prompt.

I used Big O since they are the only tire store in town. Service is generally fairly good. One of the front line customer service workers is one of those guys that seems to enjoy taking any opportunity to let a woman know she doesn't know what she is talking about even when she does. Of course that is insulting and disappointing, but other than that, service is good. My new tires seem to be holding up over the last 4 days!

I am always impressed with the customer service at big o. Both my husband and I only get our tires from you and we always talk about how great our experience was after. Mike is one of the nicest guys and so helpful! Also it's awesome you can get your oil changed and tires rotated in one stop. LOVE IT! Your staff is amazing they probably all deserve raises. Keep up the excellent work!

I use Big O all the time for my oil change and to get my tires rotated. Usually done very quickly, this time took a while longer which was fine since I knew they were busy and they let me know it would be awhile. The guys at the front desk are awesome and always so honest and helpful! What sucked was getting back into my car to see maps all over the passenger seat and floor-- from the glove box. They also took some things apart in the trunk and didn't put them back. Looks like they were looking for the piece to take the tires off, but they could have taken the couple minutes to put the stuff back. They can at least pretend they care about my car. :(

I was passing through town and had to canvass several stores to get an oil change. I found the customer service at Big-O to be the best by far. It was exemplary.

I was told that they did a 20 something point inspection. 5 days later power steering line blew. I doubt they actually even did any inspection

We stopped in with a flat tire and we knew we needed to replace all 4. They helped us find what we were looking for and made the change quick.

Tire was put on wheel backwards

Very friendly both times! I wasn't even charged for my tire repair! I will definitely be purchasing my winter tires here.

Usually, when I go they recommend a service that I later find out I don't need. This time I was told I need new shocks and struts because my car with 130K miles still has original shocks. I went home and found the receipt that I replaced them 30K miles ago. This was after I was called and told I needed an alignment, I did the alignment, then went in and was told I needed the shocks and would have to have another alignment after they replaced the shocks.

Excellent and quick service.

For some fairly simple tasks, that took these guys less than 2 hours I was charged 648 dollars for labor. Is that how much Big O Tires' labor costs per hour? 325 bucks? If so I will not be returning.
