Big O Tires

Came in for a hole in my tire pulling into Jackson from Rock Springs. Mountain Modern Motel sent me there. I got right in and fixed on a Friday night at 515pm. Guys were nice and prompt. Quick service. Altho, I left and still had a low tire pressure light on. I pulled over in parking lot before leaving and check tire pressure in all tires and none of them matched... 35, 47, 38, 42. Just would of thought they would of checked them. I could be wrong tho. I was traveling alone with 3 kids. Just food for thought.

My wife and I were traveling in our RV and a little car slammed on his breaks in a 50 mph zone. I had to break hard and made flat spots on my front tires. We live in small town Colorado and needed tires fast. We drove to Jackson and talked with Salomon Flores in need of tires. Not only did he find the tires we needed but he moved the schedule around so we could be on the road quickly. One and a half hour later we were on the road heading home. Salomon made our day and our travel home safe and relaxed. Thanks to all.

I've been to this location on several occasions to change out my seasonal tires a couple times a year for two different vehicles. What I have found consistently is that the tires are always overinflated when I pick up the vehicles. The service members always use the Max PSI rating on the side of the tire instead of using the car manufacturers recommended tire pressure that can be found on the placard in the inside of the driver's side door jam. The max psi on the tire reads 44 psi while the recommended pressure it only 32 which is a pretty significant difference. The car manufacturer makes that recommendation based on each model of vehicle to find a nice balance between tire wear, gas mileage, handling and braking, and traction for that specific vehicle. It would be nice if they took the extra moment to read the placard rather than just put the max psi in each tire as it can have a dramatic impact on the list of things I mentioned above.

They call when they're done or when the have as question or concern and the are always friendly and courteous, with smiles. I love to go there every 3000 miles.

I went in for an oil change, but luckily they found that I was in desperate need of new brakes. They also changed my burnt out brake light. They did leave some oily hand prints on my car door and steering wheel cover, but other than that, my experience was great. I'll definitely come back. Big O has been a part of my childhood and now that I am a car owner they will stay in the family!

Thank you for installing the new tires. Everything was good except 1 thing which was totally ridiculous - asking us to check the lug nuts after 30 miles - if you have someone who you think is not putting the lug nuts on right, you need to fire that sucker. Other than that, excellent.

Mark is always great to deal with. Even when they are busy he takes time explain what needs to be done. He is a straight shooter which is hard to find. I'll be back.

They were fast and friendly the cost of the replacement tire was a little expensive but I fully understand that it is a tourist town. Glad they were there for us in and out in under an hour.

Friendly desk guy. Quick accurate service. During spring and fall, over demand makes getting work done unpleasant with the first-come policy. I'd go elsewhere if I could.

I am always super impressed with these guys. And then their ability to keep their composure, patience, and kindness in a time like this. It was super busy and I have so much more respect for them. They are an incredible team. They are and will always be my go to.

They rebalanced my tires and it fixed my shaky steering wheel problem. Great job!
