Big O Tires

Great bunch of guys. Very willing to rush the tire repair for a return trip to salt lake. Much appreciated for their quick response.

I decided I needed tires while traveling through Jackson with my fifth wheel. The guys suggested putting on Big O Bigfoot tires and I couldn't be happier. I drove out 3 hours later on a day when they were a little understaffed. Mark was especially helpful and pleasant to talk to.

We had a very positive experience at Big O. We got in very quickly and although it was a challenging job (blown interior rear tire on a dual tire RV motorhome), the crew did it quickly. The counter guy was knowlegeable, courteous and friendly. Would have liked a mileage warrantee on the new tire but hopefully it will not be an issue, since we are on an extended cross-country trip.

I had a tire blowout. Big o got me right in the next morning. They told me they had incorrectly put on my tire over the winter when I purchased new tires. They replaced the tire at no charge to me which I appreciate. I am also very happy they were willing to accept the responsibility even showing me the place on the old tire that was stripped out. Though a mistake was made, I will continue using big o for a variety of services. Thank you

I got an oil change but my odometer mileage was not on my receipt or a sticker on my windshield so I'll know when my next one is

I wish Big O made appointments for people like other car repair places. . Sitting 5.5 hours in non productive for me personally. I just don't have that kind of time and I'm sure others don't.

The customer service was excellent. I will definitely go there again.
