The guys at Big O Tires in Jackson, WY are great! Their service is fast and thorough, espeically during the slow season.

Great service. Prompt. They know your name and Mark is fantastic.

Good overall experience. I wished they would have offered a free alignment. I would have taken advantage of that offer. Hopefully next time.

Not only was the tire repaired in less than 20 minutes but the spare was put back under the car and the jacking tools all disassembled and put back in their storage compartment

Decent service for a oil change. Little on the pricey side but it is what it is. Will say it took 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation, other than that, I don't have anything bad to say. The front desk guys asked before they cracked open the differentials, which I appreciate as I had just changed them a couple thousand miles prior. Overall 4 stars.

Amazing service and knowledge.

I appreciate the fact that the staff was able to fit me in even though they had a very busy day. My order was expedited and didn't have to wait very long after I got off work to travel home.

We needed a special trailer tire and John had the three we needed at the time he said they would be in. We were traveling from New Orleans and the staff promptly had them installed. Also, advised us to check lugs after 50 miles which turned out to be good advice. Can't say enough good things about the experiecce.

Most everyone there is friendly and helpful, but your third desk guy - not the one in the wheelchair, and not Ken (with the limp) is extremely racist, derogatory & sarcastic. He makes big o an uncomfortable place to be.

Had a nail in a tire and stopped in for a tire patch. The store was busy and I was on my lunch hour, they got my car in and got me back on the road quickly. Unfortunately, the balance was off on that tire, returned the following day and they worked me in on my schedule and balanced the tire. I'm a happy camper.

My family and I were vacationing in Wyoming. We are from Chicago. During our stay, our left front tire developed a flat. Upon closer inspection, I noticed it had picked up a screw somewhere along the trip. I called Big O, and Mark DaBell was instantly helpful, telling us to bring it in and they would take care of it. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and Mark and the technician Juan inspected the tire and felt it could be repaired in about 45 minutes. 20 minutes later Mark called and said we were all set. They re-mounted the repaired tire and reset my spare in it's storage place. Many, many thanks to Mark and Juan and the Big O in Wyoming for getting us back on the road at a great price!

Could NOT align my vehicle (2018 Buick)

This was a walk-in basically. I drove from Los Angeles last week and have been driving in this area. Picked up a nail and called to see if anything can be done to repair the tire as i wasn't sure the extend of the damage since I had to drive a quarter of a mile while it was deflating. The car is a rental and nobody here in Jackson Hole carried that brand of tire, it would have taken a couple of days for a new one to arrive and I was prepared to get a different brand but of same size. The technician was very knowledgeable and reassured me the tire was repairable, I went next door to have a sandwich and it was repaired. I am very happy with the service not only because i didn't need to buy a new tire but more because of the way I was treated and the knowledge they had and how it was explained to me. Great job!

We need service in Spanish too.and low cost of service.

Flat tire (nail in-between treads) was fixed in less than 1 hour after arriving without an appointment. I was pleased that they could do the repair so quickly.
