Big O Tires

Got new snow tires last weekend - the staff is very helpful and friendly. They got my car right in and put on the new tires quickly. I had left the car but it was till done fast.

Mark was very helpful. He is knowledgable and courteous. This is busy and well run shop. I would refer anyone needing tires or oil change.

This Shop Rocks!!!! From the front desk to the folks in the garage everyone is professional and on top of their game. They keep my engine and wheels/tires running true and straight.

The service at this Big O store has SO BAD for so long I had stopped going. I went in because I needed a flat fixed quickly. What a pleasant surprise I received. I was expecting to feel frustrated, annoyed, and vowing to never walk in there again. I had never the met the front desk service guys, I do not know how new they were but they were new to me. Both of them were pleasant and super helpful. I will bring my truck back there for new tires and service if this is how Big O in Jackson treats its customers.

We were on vacation and needed tires for our rv. They got the tires the next morning and let me know as soon as they were ready. Could not ask for any better service. They also recommended a great place to eat.

I had to come into Big O' Tires four times this winter. Every time I went in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable , and ready to help. I went back to them all winter because of that.
