We blew a run flat tire 60 miles outside of Jackson. Limping into Big O Tires at 7:30 in the morning which was 30 minutes before they opened, they found the tire we needed in their warehouse and had it repaired in a day. They saved our trip and we could not be happier!

I arrived at 7:45 just to avoid a long wait time, but several others had also arrived early, so my wait time was still longer than I anticipated. However, the manager put three mechanics on my car just to have it done as quickly as possible - 45 min for all four tires! Needless to say, I was really pleased. Super service!!

Big O in Jackson, WY has great customer service. I was waiting outside in my car well before hours of operation, an employee came out and got my car started. Very friendly environment. The staff was able to thoroughly explain things so I could understand what needed to be done and why.

Traveling through the area stopped and got a flat on my car dolly told me about an hour to an hour and 45 minutes had it fixed in about a half an hour very satisfied

I just needed a tire patch and they were obviously very busy. They could have asked that I return the next day but instead explained there would be a delay in starting repairs and told me at what time I could expect it to be completed. The work was finished early. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't require and were professional and courteous.

My car was taken in immediately- tire problem diagnosed and treated within a half hour. Very reasonable cost.
