Very good fast service

Got me in late on a friday for a full set of snow tires Very happy that I did not have to spend my Saturday at the tire shop

Give Mark a raise. It is increasingly hard to find good customer service and he delivered. He made a good tire recommendation and talked about the pros and cons of a few options, and then let me borrow his truck (!) so I could go to the library and work while my tires were being fitted. And then there was a mix up about a rebate form that I called in about a few days later and complained a little to someone else and figured I was out of luck. Then Mark looked into it, without being asked, and called me back to straighten it out and ensure I had the right information and form. Great customer service in an age where that is increasingly rare.

We were on vacation staying in Jackson, Wy. On our way to Yellowstone, I ran over some glass and car parts from a previous accident and in about an hour our low pressure light came on. I took my car into Big O in Jackson expecting to have to buy new tires. They checked all tires and found them in good shape, just a little under inflated. They could have stuck me with buying a set of new tires and I would have never known the difference. They were very honest and very friendly. They didn't even charge me for checking the condition of my tires!!!!!

Service was fast and well done, and providers were friendly.

My vehicle was very efficiently and effectively serviced and set up for winter snow tire success! Big O's made it easy for a same day service tire changeover despite how busy a season it is for that!

I worked with Mark today for a leak in my tire and not only was he super friendly, they were efficient and fixed my tire as a complimentary service as I am new here to Jackson. I will definitely be going back for any other maintenance and upkeep. Thanks guys!

I went over a pothole and it created a bulge in the sidewall. I called Big O in Jackson and they ordered the tire for me. I was scheduled to spend the night in Jackson, went in the next morning at 7:30 and the tire was changed and was on my way by 8:15. Excellent all around!

Big O Tires is an honest automotive repair (tire, etc.) shop operated by true professionals. Had both my front tires replaced and the new tires re-installed back onto the rear. Had the same job done 12 months ago by another local shop, and they not only charged me charged me for mounting the 2 new tires, but also charged me for rotating the tires on the SUV, even though 2 replacement wheels/tires were already off the SUV. Big O Tires is great and they've earned my customer loyalty.
