Couldn't ask for a better experience. Mark (? Guy in wheelchair) was the best. I'd come back because of his customer service alone. Great prices, don't feel like I got gouged like every other place in Jackson.

I was on vacation and my tire pressure light came on. Dave at Big O in Jackson Hole was a rock star. He found a screw in my tire and fixed it in record time, saving our vacation and helping us drive home to Utah safely. We are so, so, so grateful. Thanks again, Dave!!!

I arrived a couple of hours before closing on Saturday. They got me in and installed 4 new tires. Their service was top notch.

Mark is always great to deal with. Even when they are busy he takes time explain what needs to be done. He is a straight shooter which is hard to find. I'll be back.

Great service except applications on my credit card on big o tire was on status delays which was not their fault but otherwise I'm very happy with their service very fast service and very friendly great sense of humor.

Jon was superb, helping us to replace a damaged tent trailer tire, and upgrade the remaining 2 whilst traveling through Jackson. We even received excellent camping advice, and staff checked tire pressures on the car too.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They are dog friendly as well. My pup got a lot of love and treats while we were waiting on my car.

We are traveling in our RV - needed help getting air into tires as some of the valve stems on the dually's were hidden. Solomon and his crew were absolutely amazing! Stepped right in after we drove up with no appointment - found the hidden stems and added air to proper pressure on all tires. Very well mannered, pleasant staff with incredible customer service! We are tourists in this area - what a warm welcoming feeling to be treated so well. Thank you Big O Tire!

We are from Tucson AZ staying in Big Piney, Wy in our motorhome and were losing air in the car tire on our way up to Jackson Hole, hoping we could last till we got there. Found you from a guy in Hoback Junction telling us where to go. we got there and were told that there were 10 cars in front of us. thinking we'd be there all day we walked to breakfast while there we got a call saying the car was done. 1 hour is all it took. Now that is fast and awesome service. Thank you, BIG O TIRE OF JACKSON, WY. You won us over!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I called just a few minutes after opening and spoke with Mark. He was very friendly and based off what I said, knew exactly was I was looking for. I brought my car in and within a few hours Mark called to let me know it was done. Mark told me the time frame and what to expect and it went exactly that way. I'm very appreciative of the customer service I received and Big O Tires is where I'm bringing my vehicles from now on. Thanks

Excellent service... Excellent tires. Had new Big O brand tires put on my 4Runner and Subaru Outback during the Fall Sale... Both are remarkably smooth running and quiet. Handle great. The manager Mark is very nice to deal with... No BULL!! (Would not recommend "Indian Wrestling" with him.) I will be back :-)
