On vacation from South Louisiana. Walked into tire store 15 mins prior to closing time. Asked for a pressure check on one tire giving a low pressure warning. They pulled tire and found a screw causing a slow leak. They repaired the tire and had me back on the road within 30 mins. Very appreciative for the service rendered at a very fair and reasonable price. The service allowed us to continue our planned family planned vacation with out worry or interruption. Thanks a bunch Big-O.

Your staff is always so nice when i go in to get my oil changed or buy tires. It so easy to have a one stop shop where I can get an oil change and my tires rotated with out having to bring it to two different places.

While visiting the Grand Teton National Park, we ran over a screw. We had a portable pump in the trunk and were able to keep the tire inflated for short periods of time. The rangers recommended Big O Tire in Jackson, WY. When we finally made it back to Jackson there were 18 cars ahead of us. Mark told us he didn't have a replacement tire for our size and automobile but he would work us into the rotation, inspect the tire and repair it if possible. At 1630, Mark called with the good news that he was able to repair the tire. Mark and Big O saved our vacation.
