Needed tires late in day on Friday your desk man verified quickly you had tires I needed, and had them mounted in less than an hour, just before closing! That is good service!

friendly and professional; called when an unexpected issue arose: given the additional cost and the option to have the work done or not. Chose to have the work done and got to see the damaged parts that caused the issue. Spoke with 2 people at customer desk and also the technician. Very good all the way around.

Just got moved here that weekend. Got a inch and a half long set screw deep in my truck tire causing air to release. So i didnt have that luxury of just calling friend to help out. It gappened on a Sunday of all days...nothing open. 1st thing Monday i got it in to Big O Tires in Jackson w/scheduled appointment. They had it repaired & back on the rd. In about an hr. Lifesavers. Excellent crew/service!

Although they were very busy they were able to get me in, they completed the tire swap, called me and I was back on the road within a couple of hours. Very pleased with their service!

It was easy

Had a brake failure issue while on vacation, and Mark got me right in and repaired the vehicle that day. Huge relief and we are grateful for their expedient service and customer care. Great job!!

Quick and easy fix. Very glad I didn’t have to wait all day or pay hundreds of dollars. Haven’t been able to check if the problem was officially fixed but I’m optimistic.
