Great customer service

John was very helpful, even gave me a ride home while my tires were being changed.

I always recommend Big O tires to anyone shopping for tires. Their service and warranty are second to none.

We pulled in with a slow leak and they fixed the flat for us even though they had a ton of work and it was close to closing. This meant the world to us because we were traveling with an infant and were camping.

The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail. The service was done in a timely manner. The price was good to begin with, but since I was a returning customer, it was great!

The professional experience. The small town honesty.

Extremely pleasant and courteous staff

All was fine. The only problem occurred when the 4 tires they ordered for me - someone sold one of the tires to another customer and they had to re-order that one tire. It only took 2-3 days to get the replacement tire in - so all is fine. I've been a customer since 1995 and will continue to do business with you. Miss seeing Bob at the shop, but hope he is enjoying his well deserved retirement. Phil Cohen

I have been buying my tires here for years and have always been given great customer service. This store gets pretty busy in the spring and fall so have a little patience or choose a different time of day if 50 people show up on the same morning to have winter tires installed. Mark and John are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Also a plus is any Big O store will help you if you have tire problems.

I was travelling on a Rally through Wyoming and my two rear tires ended up needing to be replaced. I could not go anywhere without new tires. Jamie, Rob, and Romando all gave exceptional service. They were fantastic, friendly, professional and I would highly recommend them for all your servicing needs.
