I honestly wish that this business had other services not vehicle related, because I would do business here for anything. I have only ever had impeccable experiences with Big O’ Tires and I wish people knew how amazing every aspect of the visit here is. It would probably put every other shop in this town out of business though. My favorite thing is the genuine nature of every employee. They truly have a passion for what they do and they are very, very intelligent. Way to go!

Had new tires and wheel sensors put on our 07 suburban.... did a great job

The guys are very friendly respectful and always do a an excellent job!!! I deal mostly with the owner and he is very nice and helpful and will suggest other things they should check but asks me first . Russ checks on me when I’m waiting and lets me know the progress. I won’t go anywhere else!!!

My daughter needed her tires rotated and brake inspection.I called ahead and spoke with Al, who was very helpful and due to my extensive history with Big O the service was free.My faith in Big O wavered last year due to work done on my daughters car but thanks to ownership and now AL, things are back to normal.She will be needing new tires this fall and we plan on coming to Big O!Thanks. We are traveling and noticed our tow vehicle was in need of tires. I called ahead and they got the tires from a different store so they were here when I pulled into town.

We had a wheel loose on our Company Plow truck, the wheel was damaged as was the wheel studs. Studs were replaced and after we found a used matching wheel at local junk yard, we brought that wheel back and they mounted the tire on the new wheel no charge. They found at that point the bearings for the front end were getting hot from a short drive so the truck is there again to have the wheel bearings repacked with grease as they are likely the original 1991 factory packing. 30+ year old grease...

Always pleasant, helpful, courteous, and fast. Great team of people!!
