Have gone there for years. Always nice and considerate. The time before this I had them put new valve stem sensors on. It took a while to program because a car that was parked near mine. They gave me a free appetizer for Texas Roadhouse. I will continue my business with them. VERY HAPPY!

Quick, professional and friendly service! Today I stopped in for the suggested re torque of the lug nuts. They already had my money and business so no need to impress me right? Wrong.... Every single employee I came into contact with went out of their way to say hi, and ask how I was doing. Love the piece of mind in knowing that if I have an issue there are Big O stores everywhere. Love how my truck looks and handles, it's almost like having a new vehicle. I got rims, tires, a leveling kit and new shocks. Couldn't be happier!

I went in for a tire repair. My tires were not Big O tires. The store was much busier than I expected but I asked anyway to see if we could repair my tires. I let them know that I did have to be to work ASAP and they made sure to get me in as quicks as they were able. My tire was not able to be repaired unfortunately but they took my circumstances and situation into account and did everything they could to get me new tires for a decent price. Not only that but because they knew I was late for work, they worked extra fast to get my tires on so that I could go. We are expecting a baby so replacing tires was not ideal in our situation, however everyone was so nice and willing to work with me. I will definitely be back and will recommend others as well.

Schedule was easy. Ordering tires service manager called to tell me the tires have arrived very friendly and professional individuals.

This experience was the best from beginning to end! I made my reservation online and that went well except the tire size was wrong when I got to the shop but that was pointed out by the rep there. My wife and I waited and the work was done right when we were told it would be. The price was higher than I was anticipating but probably competitive with other tire shops. I really have no complaints and this was a good experience
