I’ve been going there for almost 20 years and have taken lots of business there due to their greatness.

I brought an employee in to get his vehicle taken care of as he was unable to get it fixed on his own. Al and Chris(?) were so amazing and helpful. They were able to take care of this truck and make it safe for the road. Sometimes you do something for someone and they don't get why, well i helped my employee and these guys helped me. paying it forward was amazing... The Store in Casper Wy is AMAZING and they always take care of all the customers with respect and a smile..... :LOVE THEM....

Had to reschedule my initial appointment due to finding out the inner front tie rod needed to be replaced. Staff went above and beyond trying to find the part during the initial visit but had to get it from the dealership. Was quoted a price for the new part, labor, and alignment and came in at the same price when I paid.

Met me at the door when I drove up with a smile and asked me what they could do for me. Immediately after checking my name in the computer turned it over to a technician. Was out in a fast manner and did a great job!

Christopher Jones (Jonsey), and all of the other salesmen and technicians, were EXTREMELY helpful, and knowledgeable! Every person I spoke with answered all of my questions, e.g. prices, warranty coverage, information about the Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek tires I bought and the DOT date codes on the tires, and suggestions on what I can expect from the tires I purchased. I absolutely could not have had a better experience!

I have work done at another Big O Tires that apparently was not done properly. But these guys took excellent care of me I got me squared away. I will always bring my work into Big o here in Casper

Al was my service advisor. The appointment was for an oil change, rotate and balance tires, and alignment. Wound up needing front end repair. They showed me what needed repairing on a Friday. They had to order some of the parts. The parts came in Saturday morning and they completed the work by Saturday evening. The whole group went above and beyond to get me back on the road home. They were excellent.
