Big O Tires

I have done business with this Big O store for over 20 years, and it is the only place I go for any tire, shock, or brake work. I have recommended them to many people, all of whom have become regular customers there.

The whole experience was no muss, no fuss. I was in & out and two hours later I had my truck back with new studded snow tires.

These guys do a wonderful job.

Logan, was very easy to work with and kept me in the loop, even dealing with a fleet management company to get me back on the road quickly

The low tire pressure light illuminated.I went to Big O where they found a nail in my left rear tire.They also rotated my tires as it was nearly time.I was only there about a half hour.They saved my day!

Russ Bruggink is very knowledgeable and is good at sharing his knowledge in layman terms. He gives you options without being pushy. He is willing to listen and answer questions without rushing. I felt like he was honest and not trying to up sale or sell me something I didn’t actually need. He smiled and was professional and friendly. I will work with him when I have any further tire needs.

The employees at my Casper store earned my business and loyalty years ago with their courtesy and willingness to please. I'll never go anyplace else. Thanks guys!

Made appointment on line arrived ahalf hour early they got me in quick took about an hour and was all done way better than other tire shops plus i live 45 miles away service was really good

My wife ran over a nail and I ran over to Big O to get it fixed quickly. We were doing a food ministry for the area and had to have the tire fixed quickly. Al quickly put a good worker on it and work was done and we were on the way with 30 seconds to spare!!

These guys have had our business for many years and will continue to as they always go above and beyond for us and keep all our vehicles traveling down the road. It’s kinda like their family. Keep up the good work guys!

Needed my alignment checked. Before they did it Russ had me take a look at how bad the bearings were on my lift kit. Super friendly and immensely helpful.

I have been going to the guys at Big O Tires for a long time because I am so happy with their service. I purchased my tires at their store and they have always treated me very well. Recently, I cut a tire about 12 miles west of Casper and barely made it to Big O, but they got right on it and I only lost about 15 minutes out of my day before they had me ready to roll. I think Russ and his guys are the Best!
