Needed front tires and alignment, In and out that day!

I had an appointment, they had me in and out. I thought I had signed up for the free alignment check, nothing was mentioned to me if it had been done or anything was wrong.

The gentleman at the service counter could not have been nicer. He was professional and polite. When my vehicle work was complete, he answered my questions about when I may need new tires. Knowing I was going on a trip, he kindly reminded me of the hazards of driving in rain and to take precautions.

I will not do business anywhere else. Big O has been treating me right since 2009. They have always been fair and worked with us to get the best tires for our vehicles.

The tires were priced very reasonably and even though they had to be ordered in, I was able to have them mounted the very next day. The associate that checked me in was friendly and efficient and my tires were mounted within 90 minutes from the time I dropped it off.

Recently bought tires for my Yukon. Al provided me with exceptional customer care. Offer me a deal I couldn't refuse. I will definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I had made an online appointment and was also sent a confirmation of my appointment. However when I showed up for my appointment no one expected me. The salesman jumped right on it and made the process transparent and took care of me even though it appeared there must have been a miscommunication.
