Big O Tires

Always friendly, prompt and professional service. My only complaint is that I lost a center wheel cap after tire rotation the last two times I've been in. I hope they replace it again...

The employees are awesome to work with. They understand my communication needs since I’m deaf. They’ve never tried to rip me off. I definitely will be back.

They did a good job. I question having to wait 5,000 miles between rotation. I would feel comfortable being able to bring it in before I take a long trip, since Im an older person driving alone. I would wat to know if any problems before I get on the road, especially in the winter. I dont put that many miles on my car in a year unless I take a trip.

We have several vehicles and regularly replace the tires. Our main reason for satisfaction is that all of the employees at our local Big O are always friendly, helpful, and considerate. Additionally, the products are of good quality.

but they did a alinement with out checking my ball joints and messed up my car because my ball joints were badand the car was all over the roadno problems before the alinementi took it to a brake place and found out the brakes were o it was ball joi nts and they should not have done the alinement they are anways suposed to checkball joints be ever do a alinment

I've been going to this location for over 20 years and they've always treated me well. Everyone is friendly and it seems like they truly want to do a good job and make sure that you're satisfied. I always recommend them in random discussions with my friends and coworkers.

Your website allowed me to create an account and set up an appointment for New Year's Day. Upon driving to your store I discover that you're closed. You really need to get this fixed. Majorly disappointed. It's crap

I tried to purchase tires at a competitor, different tires at a lower price. It was a phenomenal waste of time and the individuals I spoke to were not interested in helping me. I went to Big O and felt such a sense of relief about getting these tires at a good price. I shall never stray again!

very friendly and efficient service

I was in your store last week to get a new rim mounted on my Cadillac CTS, I had an issue with my tire so it couldn't be mounted. Well, your employees stole my TPMS! It isn't on my old rim or my new rim! Idk if this is common practice to steal from customers, I NEED MY TPMS! I will call Monday morning and will also be in to get my TMPS that this store stole from me!

This was an unusual situation. I work for Land Rover Denver, and we had a new customer with a blown tire. We wanted her to get back home safely, but needed help! We were able to order the tire, Fed Ex to the Big O in Casper. The entire office was just super to work with, and shared the same commitment to getting this customer back on the road safely that we did. Russ was just awesome to work with. We have a lot of WY customers. Rest assured, we will be recommending Big O to them as they need wheel and tire service. Thanks Russ!

I have been a loyal customer of Big O for years. I can't begin to guess at the amount of money I have spent at Big O over these many years. That's what makes being treated like garbage so difficult to deal with. Last fall my daughters car went in for brake issues, but to cut this short we were taken for fools and the work done on her vehicle was very shabby and we ended up going to another business for the repairs. Your manager promised to look into the matter and spoke of compensation for the poor work. Needless to say I was forgotten about and left in the dark. My wife brought my sons truck in this week for some hub problems, I would not have brought it to you for this problem and my wife and I had an argument over her decision. My loyalty to Big O means nothing to you people and that makes me the fool. Joseph D. Murphy

I just walked in with no appointment and they got my vehicle in for service within just a few short minutes, got my car in and out in less than 30 minutes . Great Service , and Great place to do business !!

Val was excellent. He took the time to look over and quote me a price for what was needed but with in budget as well. He was very respectful and honest with me. Enjoyed working with him.

Russ Bruggink was very helpful and very friendly and helped me get 4 trailer tires. And had it done within an hour without having to have scheduled an appointment. All super friendly staff very clean inside. Overall great experience!
