Big O Tires

The people were nece enough. I just think it's degrading to be told that after you 1200 dollars for tires that you are required to pay another 200 for a warranty. This is basically saying we have to pay for your company to stand behind the products you are selling. I will never purchase tires from this company again.

I had a flat tire. The staff at Big O handled the situation quickly, efficiently and professionally. Well Done!!

I go to places where I get awesome customer service. Trevor does just that. he is polite, prompt, he sees my car and is waiting for me to tell him what I needs done. He remembers my name. He is the reason I continue to give Big O my business.

Your employees are awesome! Very friendly. Make sure I understand everything. Ask me questions about if I want something or a service that I may have overlooked or didn’t think about.

I set up an appointment online, but when I contacted the store, they said they couldn't honor the appointment. First come, first serve. Why would corporate advertise an appointment time when the store can't do it? Because I was buying $1,000 worth of tires they called me after I had left the store and honored the appointment. I like the local story, but feel somewhat "misled" by corporate.

I used to shop around locally and on line, but I always get the best deal at big O. Now I just drive straight to to my local Big O store and I know I will alway get a fair deal.

This particular Big O has been my go-to place since I moved to Casper in 2003. I always get the best service ever. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need, or are charging more than they should. In fact, on this visit, I needed to have bad tires fixed for bead leaks. They fixed the tires for me so I could go on my trip, and quoted me something like $50.00 for labor. Then I asked if they would rotate them for me. They did all that work and then didn't charge me anything. This is because the manager knows that I will be there to purchase new tires when I need them. Plus, I direct new business their way. These are the nicest guys around and I always tell people about their good service. No one else is allowed to touch my tires unless I am not in Casper. You should give them an award!!!

Jumped right on the job at hand when I showed up. Unfortunately one of 4 tires that the seated on the rim for me ended up with a huge bubble and is now flat and non repairable. Not sure what cause was. As far as getting me in and out I am satisfied.

The gentlemen who checked me in when above and beyond to find the odd size tires I needed. When they had to keep my vehicle longer than expected the store manager drove me to my job and picked me up personally.

I had the store rotate and balance tires, check brake pads, and locate the problem that is causing my air pressure warning light to stay on despite the tires being properly inflated on my 2007 Prius. They replaced the air pressure system device in the right front tire, said "it was dead". All went well except the air pressure warning light is still on. The service person said that after I drove it for a while it would go out. I have driven it for two days and it is still on. My guess is that there is one more step to do to get the new sensor to "talk" to the system. I will take the car back tomorrow and have them give it another try.

I had tires rotated, balance, and alignment. I picked up a different vehicle the night before; then traded out vehicles so this could be worked on. No problems leaving the vehicle, and it was ready the next morning so we could pick it up on the way to work. Perfect timing. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
