I am always impressed with the customer service, the politeness of the staff, and the expert advice. The technician showed me the level of wear on my breaks prior to the staff presenting the estimate for the repair. I asked for and was offered an in-store coupon that helped in the final price. I cannot tell you how good Big O has been to me over the years and continue it every time I am there for a vehicle issue.I was struggling with keeping quality tires on my 2007 Dodge Caliber and I researched like crazy was looking into the Goodyear Brand.I visited with someone at Big O and they suggested the Big O Euro Tours and I have not been disappointed yet.This was 7 years ago and the tire brand and the customer service has not let me down yet.I have never had nothing but the best treatment from the staff and quality service including oil changes.

Everyone is so helpful and make it easy to understand what my car needs. They got some cheaper tires that will do the same in winter as the performance tires another place sold me that were more expensive

They did not push a hard sell. Nathan was helpful and patient when circumstances made me a bit late for my appointment. They did not have my size tires in stock on a set of tires that qualified for a promotion price. They assisted with another tire selection that was not on a promotion, but then honored promotion on those tires. That shows integrity.

The employees were very friendly during the visit. When they called to let me know my vehicle was done they thoroughly went over the work they did and what they found. They did not try to get me to buy more products or get my vehicle worked on further and never have unless it was truly warranted. I've had a great experience every time I've went!
