Last saterdayI had to have a trailer tire fixed. In and with in 30min. we were back on the road.

I've had a company vehicle for several years now and have gone through other tire/service shops. Like most when it comes to company contracts most places want to keep that. Especially on fleets and being in there almost every 45 days. your sales team were nice and very customer oriented.

Went in this morning and had tires put on my jeep. As always, this is the 4th or 5th set I have purchased fromVal or Al, straightforward sales, prompt and professional installation. But most important, there service after the sale is what keeps me a customer!

The manager, a guy named Russ Bruggink knows how to run a business. Very professional and nice. I've done business there a bunch of times and never felt like I got screwed. It's a 180 mile round trip for me too. I have no plans to go anywhere else.

Great service, great product and good price

We were preparing to leave for a weekend trip when our quick pre-trip check discovered a bad tire on our trailer. Since the trailer was an important part of the trip, we called Big O to see if they might have one in stock. They did. We were told that they were busy, but would work us in to get us on our way. We dropped off the tire, ran a quick errand, and the tire was ready when we returned. The names of the people I remember helping us were Val and Trevor. Regardless of who we deal with, we always have great service. The great product and incredible customer service even encouraged my father-in-law to purchase his tires here. He lives in Omaha!! Keep taking care of the customers and we will take care if you.
