They have always been great to work with, Dennis is awesome! Helped us find tires and got us a good deal, and worked tirelessly to find us the missing cap for our wheels that were existing.

This store has taken care of my vehicles tires for the last 32 years. They have always been fair in their dealings. To sum this up, they take care of business.

I've been going to big O for 6 years and I am happy with the service I receive every time.

All of My brothers vehicles were broke down and I needed to give him one of my trucks, but I had a few items that I needed to take care of (like ASAP) I went in late that afternoon but Dennis and the crew got right on it and had it out the next day! And made it so there's Was a lot less stress for me trying to coordinate with my family's emergency. thanks guys you always come through!

The manager was very friendly. He took the time to explain and show us why our tires were not sealing with the rims. In past visits he has always been helpful.

We had two blow outs on our trailer heading to the Unitas for a family trip.We called ahead and even though our situation was worse when we arrived than when we called, the big O team got right on the job.They gave us priority and did an awesome job.We were back on the road in no time.Their time and service is greatly appreciated.

The cold season is on its way; even though we use nitrogen in our tires, a fast cold change can set the tire monitor system off, warning of low tire pressure; I stopped by Big O and had them topped off to the correct pressures and there was no charge. New tires drove great!

I have been a customer for years. We recently moved to New Mexico but periodically return for family visits. Because of Dennis' great service we will continue to time our automotive needs to patrionize your establishment with our trips back to the area. I am in the business that survives on giving great service. I have learned a long time ago that you can have the best products in the world but if you don't have the service to back it up you will fail. Dennis brings that high level of service to your business. And that is why you have my return business even from New Mexico. We picked up a screw while passing through Evanston on a busy Friday afternoon. Consequently we had to wait about an hour for the repair to be completed. Rather than just plug it they dismounted the tire and patched it on the inside, the right way. When the tire was ready the manager sent us on our way with no charge, because of the wait. Thanks Big-O in Evanston.

I had bought Some new Great looking Truck tires last summer and had parked the truck after my last use until I need it again. when I pulled out I had a rear tire flat. I air it up and took it in to our local Big -O to get it checked out and they found the tire had been severely damaged the last time I used it, apparently I had some road damage warranty and they replaced it with only a minor labor fee, which saved me hundreds of $, Ill be more careful in the future and be sure to take all my tire needs to Evanston Big-O!
