Big O Tires

I was having re-occurring sputtering and they found a bad spark plug. Since it was one that was replaced by them in February of this year they put a new one in and did not charge me for anything.

it only took one day for them to get the tire from warehouse.

The service I received was excellent and done in a very timely manner.

Great tires at a great price. Ordered the tires because they weren't in stock, they were there the next day.

Big O put in a nice stereo in my older truck but needed to have an additional bass component to made it sound great, I took it back and asked for a inexpensive companion system that they could wire in and some additional wiring & they found a really good price unit & put it in, it sounds great!

I needed to have my tires rotated and they also noticed that my windshield wiper blades were bad. One of those things I seem to always forget. I love my visits to my local Big O. They keep me going.

Staff is very attentive and takes care of things quickly when possible, if not right away they quickly schedule a convenient time for a return.
