VIP Service, every time!: I switch our seasonal tires out every Snow season and check to see if I will need to buy new summer tires each year, Big O in Evanston Wy Has always been honest with me, saving me a lot of money, letting me know I didn't need, new Shocks right now, & The summer tires could go another year ect. when they could have maybe tried to sell me newer products early than needed. they always treat my company and private vehicles with priority and great respect. Usual great service!: My brake light came on as I was starting a trip.I stopped at Big O Tires and the technician took a look and determined I might need brake fluid.That did the trick and I was on my way.I appreciated the quick service.

They knew my vehicle took a special oil, and that there was a National shortage on that oil. They made sure to locate and have the oil there and ready for my vehicle. It is extremely rare to find service places that are proactive, but this Big -O is!!!

Lloyd, the owner went out of his way to help me find a great pair of rims and tires. I wanted an aggressive all season for my new Jeep compass latitude and the stock rims really didn’t look good but these new aftermarket rims and tires made it look hundred percent better.

I had a flat tire and Dennis worked out a deal that left me completely satisfied.

We didn’t realize they closed at 3:00 and we showed up to pick up our vehicle at 3:10 and they still helped us pick up our car.

Every year I bring in my vehicles three of them now to change the summer tires to snow tires. They fit me in their busy schedule and charge me zero dollars because I bought all my tires are over the past years and they went the extra mile and kept one vehicle overnight because it was late and they were closing and finish it up the next day. Worked out great for me!

HAD TIRES AND FRONT END WORK DONE. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY.

The staff there are great, they were there to answer any questions I had and made me feel welcome. My vehicle was promptly taken in and promptly finished. I was shocked at how fast they got it done.

This visit was a replacement of 4 trailer tires on a trailer being delivered to our customer in California. My driver had a flat just outside Evanston, and after fixing the flat, drove to the Big O location in Evanston, where we decided to replace all four tires on the tandem axle trailer. The staff replaced them quickly and my driver was able to deliver the trailer on time. Thanks!
