Quick and friendly service

We picked up a screw while passing through Evanston on a busy Friday afternoon. Consequently we had to wait about an hour for the repair to be completed. Rather than just plug it they dismounted the tire and patched it on the inside, the right way. When the tire was ready the manager sent us on our way with no charge, because of the wait. Thanks Big-O in Evanston.

Dennis Purcell has always been very upfront and fair. I never have to worry if I'm going to get asked for things I don't need and I know my vehicle will be returned to me running great.

Came in with no appointment. They got me taken care of quickly and sold me some other tires for my truck. We were out quick and they were very friendly.

Dennis and the crew did a very large project and things had been fine, I did develop a fuel leak a few weeks later from one of the injector o rings, ( I'm not sure it was related to the engine swap?) but Big O Evanston sent a mechanic to my shop and fixed it no cost; thanks guys, that was a big Deal for me! Big o of Evanston took on a big project for me, we replaced an engine, transmission, radiator, seals, shocks, major work, changed front bumper and tires! quite a project, they did a great job and stayed in budget! thanks Dennis!

We was completely satisfied with their service. They was very friendly and helpful with the service we must get in.

The evening before we planned to make a trip to Salt Lake City, I went out to run a couple errands. To my chagrin the car gave me an error code and wouldn't start. I ran the errands in my truck and called my Big O store as soon as I got back and they had me jump-start the car and bring it right in. 45 minutes later I left with a new battery (the old one had chosen that particular time to drop two cells) and made a safe and uneventful trip to Salt Lake City. Dennis and Chris made sure everything was taken care of when I most needed their help. We'll continue to rely on them for our automotive maintenance needs.
