After my recent experience with the store, it is now the only place I will go.

I asked for some tires for our work truck however the only tires in stock were a lil over our budget so an associate showed me some alternatives, we then ordered them and they showed up the next day! Super satisfied to have a good set of tires ordered and mounted in less then 24hrs!

Stephen at the Gilette WY location helped us and he was AMAZING! My mom and I were driving across the country from California to New York and we popped a tire outside of Buffalo, Wyoming. We were in a really hard situation because our car used a rare tire that no close tire shops had in stock and we didn't want to have to wait over the weekend while one was ordered. Stephen figured out how to adjust our tires and put two similar tires on the back wheels so that we could safely drive two hours to the closest tire shop that had the specific tire we needed. Stephen saved our road trip and helped us when no other tire shop could, he is a great problem solver and was so nice to us - he deserves a promotion!

I have used Big O Tires here in Gillette Wyoming for many years my wife's car and my vehicles also have big o'tires. like their warranty work an the service they provide .a the gentlemen are always punctual and nice about taking care of us.

Ryan Vomacka helped us right away. He gave us a quote for the service and said it could be completed today. When we brought it in, we discovered another problem that needed attention. Ryan gave us another quote for both services. We had the work completed. Reasonable and awesome customer service!
