Big O Tires

Best tire store I have found in Gillette, WY for "friendly" customer service. Definitely will do business with them in the future. Have already mentioned it to friends and family.

Dropped off a vehicle, called the store the next a.m. to tell them that it needed a tire repair and possibly an oil change. It was done the next day. No appointment, no hassle. We didn't discuss price but it was fair. Fast service as always. Kathy E.

Steven went above and beyond finding the tires I wanted. They unfortunately didn't come in my exact size and he searched until he could find a compatible size. The other tire place just tried pushing another product on me. Big o will now service all my tire needs.

One of my vehicles needed new tires and everything went fine, as always. Engine work appeared to be necessary so I was referred to Bud's Auto, where I also got fast, friendly service at a fair price. I completely trust the guys at Big O for anything automotive!

Timely service. Employees extremely helpful. I did not have an appointment because I was only having my snow tires taken off and regular tires put back on. Even without an appointment, I had a very short to almost no waiting time. My cars "check charging system" light had just come on that day on my way to town. I explained that to the employee and they did some checking on it. The only thing they could find was possibly the alternator needs replaced.

Before getting my tires installed I had Steven grab one of the new tires I ordered and put it next to my truck tire to make sure that is the tire I wanted and he was completely understood and was eager to make me happy.

I spun a tire on frozen mud creating a Grove in one tire...after showing it to the tire tech. there was no hesitation, a tire was secured an appointment made & the tire was replaced. I've bought Big O' tires in Utah, Colorado, & Wyoming this is only the second tire I've replaced...G job Guys...!!!!

I needed to replace tires. Gave me a quote for a purchase of 2 or 4. Ordered the tires in, in a timely manner. Scheduled date & time to put them on. Very good customer service.

Well first off the friendliness of this place is 150%. I’ve never had an issue at this location. The customer service is through the roof. They always do a quality job and it’s very thorough. I take both of my vehicles here. THANK YOU!
