I hate I can’t remember his name but the older gentleman that’s usually checking people in is the most personable person you could have in an auto shop. He is always friendly, he doesn’t mind having small talk (which I don’t care for but if it’s presented I will engage but I can tell other customers enjoy it) and he doesn’t hide fees. I’ve been coming here for oil changes for about two years just because of him!!

Vince is great. I recently moved away grimness Grapevine but I will continue to drive to His shop for service. Now my wife's car is out of warranty with the mfg and I will start taking it there.

They were quick friendly efficient and went above and beyond what I’d asked them to do. They offered me a coupon without my having to ask.

This place is amazing. Vince is absolutely incredible and I am beyond appreciative. I left a much more thorough review on Google but I wanted to place this here also.

I cannot say enough positive things about my Midas experience. Up until today I had been going to the large Chevy dealer down the street for oil changes and tire rotations as they were part of a warranty package. They would typically take 90-120 minutes to complete, even with an appointment. Midas had me in and out in less than an hour at less than half the price the dealer quoted me on the phone. My only suggestion is to keep an ear on what's playing on the DVD player. Lots of profanity at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning when I was there. Luckily no kids were waiting with their parents.

The job is done until I am satisfied.

The work needed was explained thoroughly and the estimate was accurate. The technition/manager explained clearly what the problems were and why it was important to take care of them in a timely manner to avoid damage to my vehicle. All my questions were answered including what the priorities were for the safe operation of my vehicle. I believe I was given truthful information and an honest estimate.

I’m from out of town and they got me back to Florida with absolutely no problems. Had a bad vacuum leak, they trouble shot it and found a nearly impossible part to fix it! Installed it and I was on my way.
