They always do amazing work at Midas in Grapevine.

Kevin has always been very helpful and explains well what will be done for the car as well as the available options. Makes sure the car is taken care of and that I am satisfied. He is resourceful, respectful and friendly. Pamela (usually in the back) is always ensuring customers are satisfied and makes sure the place looks neat.

I was very pleased with the interaction and honesty of the staff at that location. They did not try to pad the bill, and we’re honest and upfront about the scope and cost of the work to be performed. We also discussed future repairs To the same vehicle, and the proposed cost for labor struck me as quite reasonable. While I understand that some repairs can be quite time consuming and costly, it is nice that your company did not try to cheat me on a relatively simple repair.
