I scheduled my appointment the day before and was able to come in the very next day. One of the best compliments I can give is that there is always an associate at the desk to receive you or your calls, which is unlike so many other shops. Of course the service itself and quality of work was excellent as well, and a very fair price.

Jeff, the associate at the Salem NH store, was fantastic. I did not expect my brakes to cost so much and he helped me figure out a way of financing them. Super helpful, pleasant and the epitome of customer service, Jeff is a gem and should get a big raise and a plaque with Employee of the Month... or even year. He's great !!!
