Larry was straightforward very understanding showed me everything I needed and great customer service

I had a simple oil change done on a Wed. and Friday evening I had a puddle of motor oil in my garage.I tried calling the location first thing Saturday morning and the phone just kept ringing. I tried for at least an hour until I called the Customer Service

They fixed a problem that The dealership I bought it from caused that almost ruined my motor because of. I was grateful and they went out of their way to make sure I had the info I needed to try and get reimbursed from the dealership. Midas is on the pricy side but, in this case it was worth every penny!

Very helpful and courteous. Really like that they were able to tell me what was wrong without charging me a fee.
