Jason, the manager, was amazing. I am new to the area and he made me feel like I have a solid resource for all my car service needs moving forward. While waiting for my service to be completed, I was in awe watching him multi-task - from answering the phone, endlessly repeating the same emissions instructions (remaining friendly each time), offering solutions for complex repairs, checking in new customers, communicating with the service teams, and keeping waiting customers in the loop. Bravo to this team.
