When I came to Midas I was very upset , from a experience I had at the Nissan service center. Craig was very calm and assured me that Midas could help me. He has the mechanics look at the car and advised me of what the problem was. They worked with my extended warranty company Endurance to get $1,600.00 paid toward the repair of my air conditioner. They were just wonderful , they had to wait for Endurance to send an adjuster to come out and inspect the car and Craig and Jess were very professional every time I called to check if the adjuster had come by, and I called a lot. I had my 2 granddaughters graduating at the end of the week and needed the car, they worked with me and I took the car for the weekend they put temp refrigerant in.
