Called got a next day appointment. Work done very close to the timepromised. All done in a timely manor and cleanly.

I dropped in off the street because someone told me I had a headlight out. I was greeted, explained my problem, and right away they fixed it. Yay I left feeling safe, and as usual knowing I could depend on them.

I was so happy to hear that Kyle (manager) was back for the day. Sorry to hear that it was only for the day though. Miss him. His customer service is above and beyond. He is kind, caring, and handles his customers incredibly well. There is never any question as what the charge is going to be, and expectations for getting our vehicle finished quickly goes above and beyond. Our experiences with him have always been exceptional. I'm sorry to see him go (as I understand he was moved to a different midas).

In addition to the oil change, they updated me on scheduled maintenance, anticipated costs and suggestions on when they should be completed.
