I lost a windshield wiper during a snowstorm on my way to the airport. Thankfully, I was only about half a mile from Midas in Randolph, NJ. The associates were extremely accommodating and acted quickly to help me. Although they did not have my windshield wiper blade size in stock, they went out of their way to work with a local auto parts store to have the right one delivered. They moved quickly to put the new blade on, ring me up, and get me back on the road to make my flight!

Billy was incredibly pleasant and informative.great customer service. Also, his explanations made total sense, I also was pleasantly surprised to hear the mechanic thought my car was new, and he was surprised that it was a 2016. Was told the car was well maintained, which when purchasing it seemed to be true to me, but to have a mechanic confirm felt great!! I lost my last car due to a shady mechanic, and tried Midas in Randolph on route 10, I’ll be returning 100%. Comfort and trustworthiness are most important these days seeking mechanic work.
