Offering the free inspection while my car was up on lift and also letting me see underneath my car to see what they were looking at. It was proof that my previous quote was dishonest and showed me a bogus picture of a rusted out muffler

It was easy to schedule the appointment and easy to drop off my vehicle. They diagnosed it quickly. They called and explained to me clearly what I needed and why. And the work was done much sooner than I expected. It was very expensive, but I really didn't shop around, so I have idea what similar service would have cost at other shops. That's the reason I chose neither satisfied nor dissatisfied in response to the question about value.

This Midas location has been servicing this car for many years and have done an outstanding job. The sevice people are competent and are a pleasure to work with.

We were down the shore and my husband had to drive back 2.5 hours for a friend’s mother’s memorial service. He was going to go and come back to finish our vacation the same day. En route he was alerted that one of the tires was losing air. He called Tony and scheduled to bring the car in right after the memorial service. He explained the situation and that he needed to get back to us as soon as possible for our last day and so that we could pack up and leave our rental at check out. Tony took the car in immediately discovered there was a screw, patched it and had him back on the road within 30 minutes. This has always been the kind of service we have received from Tony and the staff at the Bridgewater Midas. We have been going there for almost 20 years and knew immediately who to call when my husband saw the tire issue.
