The service staff were prompt, knowledgeable, not pushy, honest and friendly. I felt that they cared about me as a customer. The service employee gave me some great advice about my jeep and was very helpful.

I found the service techinician, perhaps manager ? very kind and helpful. A previous attempt for this same service at Jiffy Lube proved extremely problematic with them stating they couldnt remove my rear wheels and conduct the inspection because of stripped lugnuts and after waiting all day, sent me home without an inspection. which brought me to the Midas just next door to them. Midas performed the inspection without a problem, on a satisfactory timeline. Went a little above and beyond to be helpful and nice. I will go back there for my car needs from now on.
