I used Midas Flemington recently to mount and balance tires that I purchased. They have done a good job both times I had used them. The price was fair and the service was extremely good.

Everything was done in a timely manner. My oil had been very low and it was explained to me of what could have happened if I waited to get my oil change any longer. And it was not explained to me in a condescending way but a caring and informative way.

Had an issue with a repair. Jack the location manager worked tirelessly until the issue was resolved. He was upfront and honest every step of the way. The issue was rectified more than satisfactory.

I was able to setup an appointment online. I was called by the associate with the exact time for the appointment. When I arrived, they did the service on my car right away while I waited. They did not try to up sell any other services for my car that I did not ask for.

Luis went above and beyond to help me in this horrible situation. The warranty company was an absolute freaking nightmare to deal with, but he never gave up. I am so appreciative for everything he did for me the last two months!
