Car was dropped off around 9am with a screw in the front DRIVER side tire, ONLY because they said they could get it done quickly. 3pm and we go find out why nothing is done. They pull it in finally, shortly after come out and say the valve cap was frozen and the stem broke...then they realize they took the front PASSENGER side tire off. Short end, they fixed Nothing but their own mistake in 7 hours. Mavis fixed it in three minutes right after we left. Never again.

Louis at the front desk was very friendly and did a good job explaining what was going on with my vehicle.

Louis & Chris and all the crew there are top notch. I tell everyone I know to go there if they need anything. Louis and Chris always are upfront about scheduling appts, and at least 3 times they got me back on the road the same day after a last min phone calls. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and professional.

I was able to get an appointment for an oil change the day after I called! The service was fast and friendly! I will return for another oil change when needed!

Scheduled the appointment the day before. Dropped it off in the afternoon and had an estimate before the day was done. Work was completed and ready for pick up the day after dropping it off.

The overall customer service that was provided by Louis. In addition, the promptness in completing everything is a other reason why I am truly pleased with the service that was provided.

I had not made an appointment, but found myself with a little extra time on my hands, and needed an oil change, so thought I would see if Midas could handle a "walk-in." I was so pleased they were able to accommodate me, and it was done quickly and efficiently.
