1 hr 45 minutes for an oil change that was scheduled seems to be a little too long.I don?t appreciate counter man calling my wife ?Hon?.I?ll think twice about coming back

Last oil change they forgot to put oil in the my car. Fortunately I didn?t drive far. They had to bring oil for the car the next day. Not sure if I will go back. I have gone to Midas for years with no problems.

I have been a customer of this Midas thru 5 vehicles over the past 25 years. I don't think I need to say anything else.

I did not have an apoointment and I called because I was in the area that day and they were more them happy to aconadate me and it worked out great.

It took 1 hr and 20 minutes to take 4 tires off and replace with 4 new tires. I was told I could get a wheel alignment but when I got to Midas I was told they didn't have the proper equipment needed to do the alignment on my Honda s2000.

Service & staff were very nice.

My wife went for oil change. Part of the deal was to do tire rotation. They claimed they couldn't open the glove box. They basically took advantage because I was not there. So be aware.

"Lied. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had no indicator lights on when I came in for me appointment. When I left I had a tire indicator light on. Went back the next day because they told me I needed air filters as well. I approved the filters, but was under time constraints, so I went back the next day. They told me when they test drove my car the indicator light was on. NO LIGHT WAS ON, NOR DID THEY TEST DRIVE MY CAR. I was in the building the entire time. My car never left the parking lot. "

Confused. On 04/16/2021 brought car in for service check engine light on car not running well. Asked to check reason. Came back new plugs and wires and oil change told car runs great. Get there problem still persists when leaving. 04/19/2021 Used scanner
