From scheduling to pickup my experience was delightful. i took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation.i was given a call when the service was completed and also recieved recommendations on what additional service would be needed in the near future. i was offered for those services to be completed at that time but I decided i would bring it back since i had another appointment and needed to use my car. The service manager gave me a estimate on what the additional services would cost and plan on scheduling the additional services in the next 2 weeks. Could not ask for a better experince and will definiatly be back for future services. Thanks Midas.

Made an appointment to get my oil change the same day. arrived at the time appointment was made and vehicle was taken in and serviced at the same time I arrived. My vehicle was returned to me in 25 minutes. The waiting room was clean and I was watching television while I waited.

It was extremely easy to address my concerns. Employees checked everything in my car as part of a courtesy package, showed me all the problems I had, explained the importance of each one and gave the price. I believe that they made an extra mile because their goal not just to make money, but to make sure everything works in a proper way. They even test drive the car after all works are done.
