The customer experience was great! I did make an appointment online, and an email said I would receive a call. I didn’t get the call, so I called the next day. Not a big problem. The price was a lot higher than expected, but I know the service is worth it.

I appreciate the professionalism of this Midas shop. Everyone I have dealt with there is knowledgeable and helpful and straightforward. I trust their skill and that they won't try to rip me off. They have identified and addressed several rather complicated problems for me that I was not previously aware of. My son and I will continue to go there to have our cars serviced.

"Strongly recommend NOT to visit this place for STATE INSPECTION and EMISSION testing, had worst experience ever in my life. Nobody tells to customer to walk out of my shop. Very rude manager, no respect for customer and he was not wearing mask."

Notice those awards on the wall. That is a sign that he likely has the least morals. Award winners usually get there by flagging the most hours or up-selling repairs you don't need. Honest but somewhat slower first rate quality mechanics earn lower wages

Took 4 hours to complete replacement of 1 tire and an oil change. Asked for a tire rotation too but Im pretty sure it wasnt done. Once I arrived back home they called me to say they forgot to put my spare back in the car.

I was told by Pep Boys that I needed new brakes after my recent inspection. I was dissatisfied with the service I received there so I researched the best place to get new brakes. I found many positive reviews for this Midas. Making the appointment was easy. My car was taken in within 5 minutes. Rob, the manager asked who told me I needed brakes. I told him Pep Boys. Rob and the mechanic both explained to me that my brakes were fine. They showed the brakes and pads that were in very good condition. They said I won’t need brakes for another 10K miles!!! I was stunned. Rob told me that he could not charge me for a service that was not needed. I was almost in tears. Who does this!!! A reputable company, that’s who does this. I will be a loyal Midas fan going forward. Thank you, Rob and staff. I am so very grateful to you. I’ve told my story to many friends and family. I can 100% recommend Midas in KOP to everyone I know.
