It was just for state and emission check. They changed the bulb and communication was good

Fast service while I waited.

When I got there, I was informed that I needed 2 wait a little bit. I did, my car got service right away & I was informed of what my car needed. The service & everything else was great. Great people.

The associates and technician I spoke with were all very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The experience whenever I go to this location for car repairs is superb. Highly recommend going there.

The employee and manager were greatHowever I was charged 20 for a mount and balance of a tire then 5 for shop costs that include oil grease etc none of which I used. It?s excessive but I was in a bind. Midas should take care of their longtime customers or

never had a problem with them or they never had a problem with me.

Service behind the counter leave something to be desired. Four people waiting and I guess the phone call was more important.

Ted the GM along with Josh Kremmer the highly experienced technician were both accommodating in my wish for yet another appointment for routine inspection and exemplary, Courteous, professional service. I highly recommend this Midas location, as **Josh Kremmer has always continued to hone his skills as indispensible team leader who diagnoses and performs as needed maintenance while communicating the status at hand at every scheduled - and sometimes unscheduled -appointments with any of my vehicles.

Service was way too expensive

I went to Midas for a Oil Change. First of all the cost of Oil change was really good as I was able to use a $20 Coupon and secondly the rep patiently explained me the issues in my car and also gave an estimate for the fixes. So the experience was wonderful.

I have been visiting this Midas Service Center for a very long time and have been please with the Service Technicians abilities for repair and have my Vehicle up to date with All of the repairs that was ever recommended. I have no complaints. This is a Greatly managed team from the Manger and his Technicians to the receptionist.

The staff at the King of Prussia Service Center are a friendly and efficient. Even though I’ve moved I still return there for service.
