I called on a Sunday to get an oil change for my car and they were able to fit me in pretty quickly. I would say I wasn't there for more than 45 minutes. A man at the front desk named Matt was very nice and explained a few things to me that I did not know about my car that I've had already for two years. I was a little skeptical about some things that were worrying me, but he broke it down to me and let me know that synthetic last a little longer than I originally thought. Everyone was lovely. I even did business with one of the customers that were there. It's a nice place clean and friendly will definitely be returning.

Went to midas in KOP, the service technician Ted was super friendly. I wasnt able to go the previous day but he was able to schedule my appointment for the next day 7:30am and have me out by 8:00am so i could get to work on time. Overall, fantastic experience. Fantastic work.

Quick service and communication

The associates were extremely helpful and kind. We were four hours away from home when a connection on my new alternator broke. It was barely 24 hours old. Not only did Midas get me in on a Friday afternoon, but they managed to get everything done in 2 hours so my friends and family were safe and we still made our event in time in Philadelphia. I can't thank them enough for what they managed to do for us. They saved the day!

Upon arrival I found the service desk personnel professional and knowledgeable about my car appointment and service I requested. The service tech was extremely helpful and provided excellent information regarding the PA inspection, and oil change needed. Upon completion the service tech alerted me that the car needed a new cabin filter and suggested that it be replaced. I had no idea that I needed the replacement filter, and I was grateful that he noticed it and was able to replace it without having to make another appointment.
