Great personal service! I was traveling and they immediately offered for me to come right over. They looked at my car and fixed the small problem. In and out in 10 minutes. Definitely personal touch positive service experience. Highly recommend.

Giovanni is very good at communicating what work needed to be done and what could be done at another time. All of the work done and possible future work was outlined in my receipt.

I normally have a very healthy distrust for car repair shops that are franchise based. However , Midas at KOP proved to be a very rare exception. Cannot recommend them enough.

Fixed the issue with break pressure with the break fluid exchange. Looked into some other things like TPMS without an up charge. Did a minor inspection, let me know what they saw wrong, but didn’t try to force any sales on me.

I called Midas in the morning, hoping to get an oil change done. Not only were they able to do the oil change on the same day, they had plenty of availability to work around my schedule, and they got it done pretty quick too.
