I was referred to Midas for my newly driving daughters car which was having some issues. Rick and Josh were outstanding in helping me understand the issues as well as fixing them. They were beyond what I expected and I will be returning there in the future. Their professional demeanor and courteous service was top of the line!!

I was able to request an appointment on-line, I had the possibility to pick my preferred time and to confirm the appointment in a quick call with Midas staff. When I arrived at the store, they had my file open, and the forms were already filled (I always go for car service to the same store), it was a matter of me just handing the car keys over to them. The staff changed the oil and checked the breaks in a very reasonable time. The service is always the best, both materials and labor.

My car inspection was performed before the committed time, even though multiple persons were awaiting their vehicles. They accommodated my request to return my vehicle the day itself and completed inspection and report was issued with all check points covered within time.

The rep who assisted me when I scheduled the appointment was kind and made the appointment effortlessly. The seating area was clean and neat! The manager was friendly and had pride in his shop and his staff.
