Highly recommend Midas on main ave As a woman I dragged going in for any kind of car services but I have to say I went in for an oil changed and the gentlemen who took care of didn't make me feel uncomfortable or like they were trying to over sale me stuff

Nice technicians. Personable and knowledgeable. They kept me updated as to what was going on and time estimates. They had everything in stock snd I got everything achieved to have a satisfactory experience and car that was dependable without breaking the bank.

I would like to highlight the customer service of Eddie, Matt, and TJ. My vehicle was serviced there back in November 2021. The job required a brake caliper replacement but the part could not be sourced anywhere and was told I had a 50% chance of full failure. Fast forward to March 2022, the caliber was making noise again and took it back to Norwalk Midas. The crew fixed the problem without having to replace the caliber at no additional charge. I am a very satisfied customer !!!

I go to this facility for all my automobile maintenance and the service is always very good and people are always treated with courtesy. Although I live in the Wilton section of Georgetown I will continue to come here for all my car maintenance needs.
