As always, THE SERVICE AND TREATMENT i RECEIVED AT Midas in Westbrook was superb. The job was done efficiently, at a reasonable price and I was treated like an old friend! I will recommend the service there to anyone and everyone!

I had called in advance a couple of weeks prior as I wanted estimates from a couple of repair shops other than just my BMW dealership. The young lady e-mailed me a printed estimate which was in keeping with the verbal estimate she had provided. After I made my decision to go to the Westbrook, CT Midas franchise I called on Wednesday, had an appointment for Friday. The work was completed by the end of the day.

I have been a loyal customer at this Midas location (Westbrook, CT) for 25+ years. I always get excellent and fair service from highly trained and certified professionals. Excellent management makes it all happen.

They're always friendly there. They greet you promptly, they let you know if there's a delay, and get you checked out quickly.

I called Monday night at 4:10 asked if they could look at fight front tire that was loosing air they close at 5:00 and was busy she said bring it in. They ended up replacing the tire valve on tire and was done in 15 mins . That?s how you run a business. Gr

I had an oil change and asked to have the brakes checked. Jackie was very good and told me I can wait a bit more. My son had work done on his truck so I had to wait a few months to do my brakes.

Service was great. Price seems very reasonable.
